Current company:- Deloitte USI
Fixed Pay :20.75L
Variable : 3L
Location : Pune

Offered package:- Warner Bros (CTC 33L)
Fixed Pay: 30L
Variable : upto 5% (March 2027)
Relocation Bonus: 3L
Location : Hyderabad

Recruiter says it's Non D2C role and hence RSUs and joining bonus is not provided. (I believe it is just an excuse). But can someone please suggest.

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

Also, I negotiated current salary when the offer came 5 months ago now, not taking into account high increases in inflation. Do salaries get adjusted for inflation? And if so, when?

We talked, went great, he texted comp range etc. sent me a resume template to use, filled it and sent. He was waiting to hear back from MD, MD got sick.

He took resume to HR actual and said I’d hear from them. Haven’t heard anything week or so later.
