If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

It may not feel good, but take this as an opportunity and knock this out of the park. The great thing about the spreadsheet and check in is that it gives you both space to hold each other accountable. You can be clear about task priority and expectations and so can she. I would add to send a summary email of what was discussed/decided during these check ins immediately after they occur to affirm your understanding in writing, and then get to work. If something feels unattainable in the timeline given, express that and have alternate solutions to offer. This will be a lesson in self advocacy and if it starts to feel really dicey, you'll know what to do.
Also, white women be weird. That bubbly personality can have venom behind it but if you're doing what you're supposed to, don't worry about that.
Also also---don't let imposters syndrome have you on edge. Starting a new job is always tough in the first 6-8 months when everyone is learning each other.
You should be aware that your manager is covering herself and preparing to documentation that you are a poor performer. It isn't a bad sign, but it is a sign. Don't trust her and, as HRD said, document your deliverables and expected completion date.
THIS. Been there and this was all documentation to help coach me out. The bubbly personality is a farce tbh. Document EVERYTHING on your side about how you’re knocking everything out the park. Be upfront when work gets assigned’when do you need that back by?’ And send a recap to her with timelines outlined/brief summary of expected deliverable. If she wants clearer accountability give it to her in bucketloads.
Yea there’s probably a performance convo that will follow. During your next meeting ask her how you’re doing. Ask if you’re meeting expectations and if not, what should you be doing differently. Take good notes and so what she says. You check in with her, proactively every meeting and keep asking for feedback. Make sure you’re clear and she and whoever else you work with are there to support you.
If anything arises that you need to do better add that to your task tracker with clear examples and dates where you have met the expectations.

Dang after 2 months? My friend was asked to do this 3 years ago, and after 30 days, he was let go. Be looking for other positions just in case.
OP how are things now?
