Need some advice: recently promoted Manager in EY B.Transformation practice, got an offer from L.E.K. for C1 (generalist), PwC for M1 (similar practice as EY). Base Compensation at LEK is 11% higher and PwC is 25% higher than EY. Bonus is highest at LEK (performance+ profit sharing). Any suggestion, based on work, company culture, prestige, exit ops? So far I like consulting, but may wanna exit in Tech in future.

What should be the fixed pay I should be asking for?

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?

I've gotten plenty of interviews, but none of them have made it past the first formal interview (phone screening then interview). Any advice?

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.
