Hi everyone, I've been offered a manager role in a regional office in Deloitte, starting salary of 50k plus 6k in benefits. Does this feel right?

I want to switch markets transfer to my current firm’s office in that city. But lateral market is hot and bonuses are generous. Anybody heard of your current firm matching competing lateral bonuses so that they can keep you as an internal lateral? Or will firms match lateral bonus offers even if you aren’t moving cities in an attempt to keep you at the firm?

trying to decide if i downgrade from CSR to CSP. for anyone who has done so, do you qualify for the perks like free dashpass and peloton credit? do you get to keep existing benefits like lyft pink? sadly not eligible for the CSP bonus yet.
