I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations

Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles? Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours).
