Have received the offer letter but the joining date is 20 days prior to the completion of my notice period with my current employer which I need to serve after putting d papers. Hv communicated d same to Infosys POC. He sent an email by saying that he can't give me a new date and will be able to revise the new joining date in March & I need to put paper & share the LWD. Shd I resign on ths basis

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. They have asked me to start the resignation process anyways but I am worried that If I don't get the offer letter then I might be out of a job.
