Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Hello ,
I need your suggestions on below query.
I got an offer from Oracle but I already informed the recruiter that I am not going to join and already communicated the same to HR via mail and phone. But I got a call from bluedart that they have shipped the laptop to my address.
Could you please suggest on the same. I don't understand why they have sent laptop even if I will not join and already communicated to them 1 month before joining date. Oracle

Sorry to kill your hopes but you are already trapped now so forget the appraisal, never ever say about resignation to your manager before you are having any offer in hand
See, even if you verbally mention it that you will be resigning, it is taken as an assurance of resignation by the management. For them it is considered as breach of trust , so they will treat you the same as an employee in NP , no hikes, no appraisals, and your intention are recorded formally in your progress, you will not get anything except for further discussions on counter offers for getting retained.
Why disclose that you are resigning without an offer letter?
Just check with the HR of the new company by when you will be receiving the offer letter and inform them that you will be resigning basis their confirmation. If you are confident that you will be receiving the offer letter soon, then go ahead and resign. However please make sure that you have an option to take back the resignation. If the option to take back the resignation is available and you are expecting the offer letter in few weeks, then I think you can tender your resignation. In worst case if you don’t receive the offer letter in the expected time, you can withdraw your resignation.
If I resign today will I still get the appraisal mail or should I wait?
Not sure why you did like this. We must never disclose anything to manager or mates in office that we are about to get the offer. Until and unless you dont have offer dont reveal anything.
What can I do now? If I deny resigning till 1 week?
