Is it good to ask 12-13LPA for 3 years experience. My current package is 7LPA

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. I think it’s 100% on max. By breaking so late he was banking on Lewis backing down, which was very risky.
