Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Don't try to do too much too fast, you skin could freak out with a lot of new things
Also try new things ASAP, and the month leading up to it only follow your routine or things you've done before so that your skin doesn't react close to the day
Facials are a great way to improve your skin. What's your skin type? That can help determine what products you could use
Please just go to a dermatologist. They’ll set you up for greatness! And in terms of cost people end up paying loads for skincare that doesn’t work that ends up being less than just seeing a derm.
The things I swear by are 1) an oil cleanser if you’re normal to dry, 2) Paula’s choice liquid exfoliant, 3) the Caudalie Vinoperfect serum, and 4) making sure your eyebrows are nicely shaped. Better off spending money on these than 1 or 2 hydrafacials that won’t make a big difference
Start with the products at the drugstore that look like your doctor would prescribe them to you - CereVe, La Roche Posey, etc. these are typically the most affordable and best products to start experimenting with.

go to a derm or a reputable esthetician. if you just start trying things you’re going to end up destroying your skin right before your wedding
