Consultant for nearly 7 years (combination of Strategy, Ops and Tech mostly within FS) looking to pivot to a startup in a different industry

Hi. Lawyer of around 8 years (both big law and inhouse experience). Finally decided to accept the sunk costs as I have never been happy with my job.

After doing some serious soul searching, I want to pivot into SWE/web development. Preferably full stack. Only on point experience is having built 3 personal websites in Wordpress = nothing but something that shows my passion?

Going to try for the bootcamp path. But, would love to speak to some SWEs. I think 70% of my network is lawyers.

Does this bowl also allow someone who is not in consulting but wants to go into tech?

Hi, I'm looking for a mentor so I can pivot from e&i to software and devops. I love figuring out how things work. To me it is all a big mysterious puzzle to figure out and make work. I love seeing the pieces click together and suddenly begin doing something productive.
