I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. Hi. Lawyer of around 8 years (both big law and inhouse experience). Finally decided to accept the sunk costs as I have never been happy with my job.

After doing some serious soul searching, I want to pivot into SWE/web development. Preferably full stack. Only on point experience is having built 3 personal websites in Wordpress = nothing but something that shows my passion?

Wondering if it would make sense to continue consulting in implementation then try to pivot again in the future or at another level - or drop consulting & try to get a strategy job at a startup or maybe do something else at a larger company and try to pivot internally.
