Hi everyone,
I have joined Tech M recently, I got hired via a subsidiary called Zen3. Is there any difference or challenges I would face since they should be the same company as per my knowledge. Also the onsite opportunity would be less here? Please give your thoughts.. Thanks 🙏 Tech Mahindra

First rule. Pick one and stick with it.
New hires are automatically silver at delta just sign up
Almost every airline/hotel has a status challenge. Just call the rewards hotline. SPG-18 nights in 3 months gets you platinum. Marriott- 9 stays in 3 months.
I'm new as well. Apparently PwC is currently working with Delta to give all employees status. I was told 'soon' last week.
Time and fortitude. Believe me when you get there, you'll wonder what part of yourself you sold to get there.
SPG in my opinion. As far as airlines totally based on your travel hub and where you're traveling for projects. Get a sense for that piece first.
SPG Platinum challenge. SPG's by far the most lucrative points program.
Also, tons of resources out there on this subject. like: thepointsguy.com
Which brands are easier to get there?
How about platinum at delta?
Marriott doesn't do platinum challenge from time to time.. Plus just go with SPG. Points are worth wayyy more, no contest
Airlines will make you buy your way there, so prob not worth it
Thanks guys!
Pick an airline, hotel, and bank that pair (eg Spg, delta, Amex I think). Check out Spark: Business Travel to Know - US
