Revenge.
Haha
Lmao this is hilarious bc I’m applying for jobs to EY and literally the only reason is for more money. Like I don’t have any questions for the interviewers aside from what’s the salary band and performance bonuses like lmao. I wish I could just ask the questions I really wanna ask. I don’t give a shit about new opportunities or collaborative environments or whatever other bullshit. I am literally leaving for 1 thing and that’s cold hard cash. Instead I’m here trying to think of bullshit questions and answers to try and make seem like I want EY on my resume over Deloitte for some reason. Jfc man
I am already on my second interview but if I can do this retroactively I will gladly do this with you

Change of pace, culture, clients, challenges could be a few decent reasons

New opportunities
Saying that you still enjoy the industry but you want to round out your experience and understand how other companies approach the same types of problems
i dont see why more money isnt the right reason. recruiters dont seem to like that one but honest truth for most people is MORE MONEY and that shouldn't be a problem. If you feel your value is more than what you are currently being compensated, why would you not leave...for MORE MONEY. but we all usually lie and say stuff like more opportunities, experiences, wanted a change etc.
