Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE

I can’t believe EY employs people that lack such a basic understanding of reality

Nah, they blew it all on SGF, Milestones, and some sort of a magical elevator.
I saw the FT reported that EY grew 13% YoY. I am speculating that they cancelled the bonuses to save money (for darker days ahead). This is wise b/c what you don’t want are mass layoffs (theoretically speaking). Are they also curtailing hiring and promotions? I been reading some conflicting statements here on FB (not a surprise on the contradictory statements, but worth asking).
They are apparently hiring 220k over the next year which I found…high…
When were holiday bonuses a thing?! Been here for 7 years never heard anything about that…
And obviously, you don’t listen to the webcasts where they were so proud of touting at the end of last fiscal that they were going to pay midyear bonus
