No one wants to work for crap pay anymore. Times are changing. Pay your cooks a living wage and adjust to the times or expect to do more work yourselves chefs.

As it’s been getting colder I’ve been dabbling in soups. This is a brie and mushroom soup paired with balsamic onion & mushroom toast. It was super tasty and really hit the spot. It can also be used in place of cream of mushroom from a can in recipes if you’re looking for a different taste.
