I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
