I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

I bring my cpap w me and sleep with it
P1, how's the CPAP been? I've been on the fence
I got used to sleeping without the humidor as it is a pain in the butt to maintain and keep clean on top of the mask and the cpap itself. I did not look at any travel cpap machines as my philipps is not too bulky and I can fit all my stuff in a carryon and a medium sized laptop bag
Haven't had to travel with my CPAP yet. Most of my colleagues just intermittently use tap or bottled water from lounge instead of distilled when on the road. Worst case, you can always find a Walgreens and pick up a gallon for less than $2. If I get back to traveling every week, I'll definitely look at getting a travel CPAP.
A1, my sleep quality still sucks, but I got used to it. All th metrics (ahi) show that my quality of sleep is better than without it so I will continue using it. Plus it helps with letting the ither person sleep better as I don't snore (not loud at least)
P1: Have you found any hotel chains that actually carry distilled water? Have you looked at any travel cpap machines?
Been traveling with my cpap for 10 years and have no issues. I use bottle water or RO.
I have very minor apnea and actual use a dental device (mandibular advancer device). Works for me. Then again, my lung and sleep specialist said that I’d get even better sleep with a CPAP. I just opt for the dental device for simplicity when traveling.
Travel with my Resmed Airmini (S10 stays at home).
Are there any long term fixes to sleep apnea? A life of carrying around a CPAP seems annoying to me
Weight management helps (but equally there's perfectly fit people with OSA); surgery is probably a last resort.
