Now that PR agencies refer to themselves as “comms” I find there’s often confusion around Comms Strategy as terminology. Those of us on the creative / media side have the historical interpretation, and then PR agencies / corp comms clients think the terminology is referring to their space. I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. Potential employer wants to me to write a POV for a brand, is there a specific framework you’d use or specific length?

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides.
