Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Abs are built in the kitchen
I'm just here to say that as an Indian I find it extremely cute when non-Indians wear our clothes to festivals and weddings (assuming you're non-Indian here) and to tell you that you're going to look gorgeous in that ghagra choli regardless of whether or not you have washboard abs. ❤️
Assuming you're in relatively good shape already... Cut out all excess sugar, no soda, limit milk and dairy, no alcohol, limit bread, stick to lean proteins. Hydrate, drink lots of water so your pee stays clear and eat frequently (snack on nuts, veggies, protein shakes in between meals). Keep dinners light. What and when you eat is more important than anything else.
On the workout side, abs only show with low body fat and not necessarily because you do crunches or an workouts. I suggest lifting weights 2-3 times a week and cardio on non lifting days. For lifting focus on things like squats, dead lifts, lunges, curls. You'll get toned and the extra muscle will help you burn fat much quicker. Goodluck!!!!
My daughter (little blonde girl) looks adorable in her sari. It's funny how kids don't notice races; it never occurred to her she was the only white girl in one at a local Diwali party.
Orangetheory!!!
By carbs I really meant avoid simple carbs like white processed bread. Totally agree if you're working out you should be eating complex carbs, fruits and vegetables. Focus on whole foods and not processed crap as much as possible.
I admire your drive! My solution is to strategically position the dupatta 😉
Keto diet and HIIT
Agree with M1. Crossfit 4-5 days per week and a diet with little to no carbs / processed sugar should do the trick pretty quickly. I started Crossfit a year ago and had abs within 3 months. **Actual results may vary.
Start tracking macros (carbs protein fat). You should definitely be eating carbs, especially if you're working out. Just make sure you're eating an appropriate amount for your body and goals. Definitely eat your veggies! Find a TDEE calculator online and it'll tell you how much you should be eating.
^but abs would be amazing
Kickboxing worked for me along with a low carb/sugar diet! But HIIT/interval training/crossfit are all great paired with various ab exercises that focus on twists and weights. Pilates is also great for core.
Either way, you're going to look fantastic! As for abs tips, I'm a thin guy who hardly ever puts on weight (knock on wood) so I don't know what my advice will be worth. But I do the following to maintain my abs about 1-2 times a week -
2 sets leg raises, superset with crunches
2 sets planks for each of the following: regular, and each side
Russian twists
Abdominal twists (either on a machine, or by sitting on a bench and putting a bar over your shoulder blades)
@P1 aw thanks! I'm Indian though :)
@D1 I love crossfit! But still no abs 😓 what does little to no carbs mean to you? No grains or fruit? I ask bc even vegetables have a few carbs..
@P3 thanks! I did classpass and tried everything under the sun. Orange theory was ok, but crossfit made me excited about working out ❤️
@A1 cool, thank you! Didn't know what a TDEE calculator was.
@P2 thank you!!
