After 3 months of applying I some how got an interview with a well known growing tech start up! Interviewed and got an offer this week. Unfortunately the offer is lower than my current comp with 1 yoe but it gets me out of tech consulting/compliance and into a pretty interesting product facing role! Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
