Comoany marketing teams have FTEs who provide support finding awards and provide copy for social media posts for executive leaders among other things. This often includes public facing roles that impact company reputation like DEI leaders.
Engaging in social media in a purposeful way is a deliberate strategy to build impact and influence. In a fragile economy, doing so is smart.
It’s like deciding you want to lose weight. Dreaming about it won’t make it so. Making time for exercise, changing bad eating habits, etc is what will create the change and transformation over time.
