Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Hi, I have 11 years exp in Monitoring and Alert correlation(multi vendor BMC, service now, APM tools, Dynatrace, Solarwinds etc.)

Experience in different roles, tools admin, SME, Operation lead, consultant and Solution architect.
Executed multiple implementation of mentioned tools at customer place, performed many assessments and proposed service improvements.

Currently I have 29Lakhs package and how much I can expect in next switch.
I got initial offer of 37.5Lakhs from TCS as ASOC.

In PwC we have have 20sick leaves and 22 privileged leaves, total 42 per year but I haven't used one till now. I have to use 4days per month to use all.

How to ask managers so that they approve leaves because this is our right still they have problem and don't approve?

Since last one week HR is telling there is some issue with workday portal and she will share it once it is fixed. Should i believe it or is it just a deliberate time delay to look for other candidates ?
