No you are being difficult, they just don't want to answer, those people like that only want you to always agree with them so they feel right.

Just don't do it all the time, let others ask if they don't understand now that you've led the way. Otherwise you will be seen as the problem and maybe even a bully.

But that's a good thing. To say no, or to ask and engage is what everyone is paid to do.

This really comes down to if you have enough cache to be the one doing the asking. Well, do you?
