How is the overall work culture, work life balance in this team?
My friend's current CTC is 11.5 LPA with 2 YoE. How much hike can my friend expect if she is selected.

PS: I am from a totally different team, so have less idea about this team

What is flexible compensation in KPMG? Is it like variable pay which depends on company’s performance or your rating? And what is the % of performance bonus which we can expect?

When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
