One of my friend refer me at Accenture for lead role. But after interview panal selected me for sr. Analyst role. I got a offer of 15 LPA which is less than what I am having currently i.e 18. Now hr is saying this happened bcoz you are selected for sr analyst role not for lead role. And this is the max budget they can give me on my exp of 5.5 years. There is no meaning of accepting the offers for me so I haven't done that...but is that the case they have only 15 as max budget for sr analyst ?
