By itself? No.
I know people that got hired with the Practitioner cert. But I would say your best bet is to continue working towards the SA while you job hunt, and let any potential employers know you plan on taking that one soon. Some companies care a lot about certs and others don't, but they look good on your resume regardless.
If you're new to the industry, I would just focus on highlighting your willingness to learn on interviews. No one expects juniors to know everything, they just want to know how long they'll have to train you before you can handle things on your own.
