McKinsey & Company Hi everyone, I have 4.5 years of experience in client servicing. ZS used to have a special program at ISB. Now they offer a payout program in which they'll cover upto 25L for any relevant course. And it's valid for all the tracks, as far as I know.
Keep in mind- you'd still have to pay the amount, you'll start getting it back once you graduate and join back.
Which track would you be a part of and which position? Depending on this, you may be able to negotiate for a bit more.

ZS2 is correct. Essentially think of it as no strings attached. I'm not even sure if there is a job guarantee if you do Masters(MS/MBA/xyz) from India. You can do your masters from anywhere and come back to ZS (any office). You'll have to give an interview, however, from what I understand of the program - you'll have hardly 1-2 rounds, unlike the usual 3-4 rounds. Once you join, the 25L will be paid out in installments as part of your salary in a period of 12-18 months (if I remember correctly). Also, there is no bond when you join back. If you feel so, you can switch after 6 months.
If you have an offer from EPAM, its a great company to be associated with.
Regarding Bench- My experience is very good. I got a project within a week of joining. Also I have seen that many people get projects asap with wait time of approx two weeks.
Also I would like to add one more point is , there is nothing like Epam projects or Epam Anywhere projects. Both employees can work on same project. It's purely based on requirement. In my team , I am only the Epam Anywhere employee and rest are Epam Employees.
So , please do not worry about projects :)
According to my When I was going to join EPAM I had 5 offers,
Thought Works, Gain Sight, EPAM, Crest Data Systems, and Xoriant.
It was close in terms of LPA, The reason I choose EPAM is,
1st, Medical Insurance for Entire Family. I was paying up to 55K every year for My Mom and Dad's Insurance, because my last organization was covering me only. So I saw this major benefit of Medical Insurance here at EPAM.
Incentives for Out of box working, Here at EPAM you will get paid for activities like Interviews. where they value your extra time contribution in hiring.
3rd Advantage for me was to work with international clients, They have long-running Products. ( here I am mentioning products because I am getting a product-based company experience while working with a service based organization) Also, most of the people are outside India, so I am getting good exposure and a learning curve.
Here is what are the major benefits I saw while joining, there are others too like Accidental Insurance, Term Insurance, Leave policy.
How many leaves are there in epam anywhere, do they send a goody also on joining?

1. Epam Anywhere then you will get full-time remote job but if on bench they will give only 50k salary.
2. EPAM Systems then you will get full salary regardless of billing but you have to work from office when pandemic ends.
