Hi All! I hope you guys are staying safe and healthy.
I am hosting a free workshop for teachers that I thought might benefit you. The workshop is called From Unsettled to Prepared Classroom. I am giving you the tools you need to feel organized and ready for this upcoming school year. There is so much that is still uncertain and it can be super daunting to start to plan for a year like this one.

In smaller projects they are the same. In bigger projects Ops is more like Scrum Master, handling day to day tasks, reporting to PM.
I run both disciplines as one department. My Ops team focuses on system and business design, transformation, and change management (essentially the engine room for how an account runs to meet both client and business needs). PM, on the other hand, is about delivering within that framework. It’s the execution, timing, and output within clearly defined parameters. I see Ops as shaping the structure, and PM as driving the delivery. Hope that (overly simple) explanation helps.

Depends on company. Also, looks different on the Client side. Vs agency.
