Which looks better: 1) tier 1 undergrad, mediocre work experience after college 2) average undergrad, equally mediocre work experience after college Would adcoms view (1) unfavorably since they could have landed a good role after college but didnt? I know everyone has their reasons for picking certain roles, but trying to understand how adcoms will view it especially if theres no obvious explanation e.g. going to no-name IB or consulting after college, audit, etc
