Outside of all thee good answers, I'll add the less measurable piece like coworkers, mentors, leadership, etc. Not as easy to find out if you have no inside connections, but you can ask more questions and try to find out that information. It's especially useful if you're comparing multiple offers with similar total comp.

Health insurance is the biggest one to keep an eye on, both cost and coverage, as it can vary widely, which could make a great comp offer not so great in comparison when you factor in that monthly premium.
