Planning for Maldives vacation in December. Marriott properties (St. Regis, W...) look amazing value on points but the sea plane transfer is ridiculously expensive, more than a flight ticket from anywhere in Asia. Any other resort recommendations?

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

What are my chances in IT if I join HPE now? I heard they use mostly legacy tools and tools limited to HPE only. Does it affect my job search in future?
