Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

No they get a 3000 for passing with in a period of time. I worked at a smaller firm they gave nothing
RSM is the only firm I've seen that reimburses you for college classes up to 5k/year. That's another side of the coin.
Wait you get no bonus at all?
how much do they pay for you to study and pass to start with?
and all that crap application and membership fees
I have NEVER received a bonus nor a significant raise. for passing my CPA exams! Think it's wrong to incentivize people to get their license.
We get 3k and reimburse our fees. I know it's only a 2k difference but first years aren't eligible for bonus pool either. And the top tier 2 firms also give 5k so it's driving folks away from RSM. Also what's wrong with incentivizing people to get their license? It's good for the firm and they don't want to have to retrain someone else if you can't pass and they have to coach you out because they can't promote you.
Starting now, first years are eligible for bonuses
Not this year tho? Isn't it next year?
We had 3 and just recently as of April 1st had it raised to 5
