Adopting a 3 year old stray, shelter doesn’t know about his potty training history so expecting the worst! Still WFH so will be around him a lot

I am 29F, doing great at work, have amazing family and friends. Everyone thinks I have everything anyone could ask for. And I realise that too, BUT I’m NOT happy! I have crazy working hours, I haven’t dated anyone for 6 years now. Didn’t find anyone right, or maybe didn’t have a lot of time to experiment. I think it’s the void of not having a constant with me. And I don’t know how to find one now! Everyone knows me as a cheerful person, but honestly I’m just a sad, depressed and a lonely person.

Do you think all adhd-ers work better from home? Since transitioning out of the office completely it's been so much easier for me to schedule things around my energy levels rather than try to turn it on for work and off when I get home. Anybody else feel this way or do you love working in the office?

First time Dad and my 15 month old keeps running up the stairs at my in-laws place and they keep encouraging it.
