Please I urge everyone not to join Thoughtworks. It has become a sinking ship. Silent layoffs are happening left, right, and center with no fault of the employees. You spend some time on the bench and boom they force you to resign. They are literally playing with people’s careers by hiring them and then laying them off if they are unable to allocate them to a project. All their so-called culture and values seem to exist only for fake town halls filled with PR and lies regarding layoffs.

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1.
