My midsize firm has recently stopped remote work and has made everyone go back to the office. We can only work remotely unless we request it and it’s only for one day.

My ATL big law is offering (on a six-month trial period) 1 WFH day per week. We had to get approval from all attorneys on our pairing (7 to 9 attorneys on average). If even one objected, we could not WFH the one day. This after 2 years of objectively seemless remote coverage and record profits. To say morale is low would be an understatement.
WFH for LAs in my Florida firm must be requested and approved. It's permitted on a case by case basis.
4 days WFH; 1 day in office. Mgmt realized we were more productive working from home
