I have an interview today where they want me to test if I'm a culture fit by hiring me as an intern for an already hired junior AD ... I already have 2 agency internships, fully produced client work, pitch experience, and ECDs at top ad agency saying I'm working at a mid level. How do I tell this agency I'm interviewing at that I'm happy to be tested, but making freelancer $, not intern? What's usual freelancer rates for a junior?

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Keep getting approached by rival firms for ~50% salary increases in London. Raised it with my company and got a 5% raise. Don’t want to sound ungrateful but doesn’t scratch the surface of the underpayment of where I am, it’s well below market rates. Manager hinted at getting an offer which they could counter could help but, I can’t see them matching 45-55% I could get elsewhere. Like the work and culture here and salary isn’t everything, but unsure how to approach this. 26 YO with 2.5YOE.
