I am a POC working on 2 projects at once. Both of my teams are largely comprised of POC. For one project, there is huge political pressure to deliver a program that will benefit citizens and the client started late — constantly fighting fires and asking us to do more and more work in shorter periods of time. During the interview they never mentioned there were billable req.
1 month ago she was singing my praises. Had been real sick last 2 months and went to HR re med accommodation and now this.

Contentious case. Parents each have the same amount of parenting time / visitation. Question is when the schedule changes and decreases frequency of exchanges. I send opposing counsel my client’s proposal and the response is “I won’t budge.” Thinking that’s odd (“I” instead of “my client” or the like), I respond that opposing counsel has an obligation to take it to the client, and immediately get “this isn’t productive.
