I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Service bAsed companies are not releasing offers nowadays. I have left looking for offers from any of service based companies. Except TCS, All are frauds and TCS won’t pay much anyway so done. They will lure you to give interviews and later when all rounds are done and docs are submitted, they will come and say we can’t pay you. I have faced the same with capegemini, tech Mahindra, infosys, cognizant. Is this the case with anyone ? Or am I the only one with bad luck
