1. EY initiates PERM and I’m on a TN visa, so I think TNs don’t need to go though H1B for GC at EY.
2. My PERM initiated before 1 year tenure (I joined mid-August), not sure what triggered it. But it seems like the 1 year requirement is not strictly enforced.

How long did you hear for an update after applying to visa with or without a referral?

Got H1B lottery picked up last year (2021). Now I have an approved petition. But I am not holding visa.

In this situation - can I able to switch company? Can I able to change the petitioner(new employer) in this approved petition?

How are people working on EAD cards that are approved but aren’t receiving the physical cards due to biometric centers being closed?

At what point when we get our GC can we bring in parents in home country to the US? Is it only in conditions where we can prove they need our assistance? Is it possible to at least ask for extended visit time for them if not fully living here? Thank you.
