Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.

How much will someone get from a $5,000 referral bonus after taxes? Is there any way to minimize the amount it’s taxed? Work in VA and live in DC.
