PwC is applying for a H-1B amendment for me since I got promoted to manager a couple of months ago. My current H-1B was approved earlier this year and I don't have the visa stamped on my passport yet. I'm planning on leaving the country and going home to get the visa stamped later this month. I've already submitted a DS 2019 form and scheduled a drop off date at the U.S. consulate. If my H-1B amendment is submitted but not approved, can I still get my visa stamped?

Got my MBB offer as an Exp Hire! A few insights from my case prep. I practiced ~10 cases solo using Case Coach videos. I'd watch the interviewer speak, pause the video, practice (speak out loud, ask questions, explain my approach, even time myself), then play to see what the candidate did, and evaluate myself for gaps.

I also learned the evaluation criteria and internalized the generic case frameworks.

I do work in consulting and had done live case interviews 5 years ago
