I missed it today bc I'm on vacation but what's going to happen to the associates who are supposed to get the automatic EA promotion this June? Are we still associates but with a decent pay bump?

No more EA title, just vertical and horizontal cohorts. Yea it's bullshit. Those who started August 2015 will get the higher salary then the new joiners, but we don't know by how much.

They have this new thing called cohorts. Each level will have a ranking within it. So you'll become an a2 then a3 then sa1 and so on
