Way better work life balance and great comp and benefits
KPMG is investing heavily in their SF practice right now. It’s ran by the execs that built the Capgemini US Salesforce practice. No clue how well they’re doing though.
PwCs as mentioned is more established.
That being said, Deloitte or Accenture are probably the best for a Salesforce career right now.
Coach
PWC Salesforce is well developed, growing fast, and will have bigger projects. It will be great experience, a resume builder and prob better pay than KPMG.
KPMG will be more like a startup. Fun, fast paced, hyper growth and I personally know many of the key leaders over there including Bill, Leon, and others that are quickly coming from Cap.
Answer depends what you’re looking for!
We’re all one Salesforce family
I don’t think KPMG has a big Salesforce practice. Have not heard them being competitor/player in anyone of the deals that I am part of in past 7-8 years. Just speaking from my experience.
PwC’s Salesforce is growing very fast with a lot of opportunities for self growth.
PWC, more established
Pwc and kpmg both have a lot to offer. Kpmg values the group and contributes to the community stability. Pwc adds good energy to the conversation and is not afraid to take risks. I like that. I can’t tell you who to choose. You gotta go with your gut. For me though, it’s an easy decision (continued)…
Bowl Leader
KPMG because it has more letters.
In all seriousness, I’d join whichever had the better offer. There are pros and cons of PwC being more established. Both are reputable firms.
It feels like you are throwing opinions around to me without much thought. Think about the value you want out of a role and where you will find the enablers of value (strategy, team, culture, growth opportunity, etc). There are lots of people who have first hand experience that can inform this answer and as a bowl leader you should consider that.
Accenture. DM for a referral 😘
