PWC or SAP? Have offers from both - 13 years of experience. Currently working with one Big 4. Both of them have given more or less the same CTC. The difference is PWC is in Mumbai and SAP is in Gurgaon. My current location is Mumbai

SAP - T3 L1 - Business Process Sr. Consultant - 42.5 Including Fixed and Variable)

PWC AC - Manager - 36.5 Fixed + Variable Not diclosed

Which one should I join?

What is the variable pay does Macquarie give year on year ? And is there a surety that we will surely get a decent variable pay as well over our fixed package since I don't find anything mentioned regarding this variable pay in my offer letter. Yoe- 8 and tech - selenium testing, and position- assistant manager.
If yes, how much one can expect in variable pay for fixed compensation of around 25-30lpa.

2. And is there band change will happen after completion of probation period?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
