PwC vs EY essentially same everyone but PwC is offering slightly higher base and bonus potential. Would be the same equivalent practice (PPM) at each firm in DC.

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

Thoughts on seniority? Also, any interview resources for PE portfolio roles?

Curious to see other producers’ opinions. How often should an agency producer ask for a raise? And what % raise seems reasonable in NYC if title isn’t changing?
