Comp likely be close to what higher Manager to perhaps low Director cohorts are now + whatever adjustments the market requires between now and then, because if’s essentially a carve out of more experienced Manager level, being done to align titles globally (which are currently all over the place in each country around the world).

So thinking something like 175-200 for SM?
Maybe a bit lower on the bottom end but those are possible circa late 2019.
If one doesnt make D this promotion cycle, does that mean promotion next year will only be to SM? Or will grades be translated across?
Do you need to sell at M to make it to D?
Yes, to continue the momentum into Director and prove you can be a primary sales driver. I had $1.8M in sales in my promotion year from M to D and those - along with the relationships that made them likely sustainable- were the key parts of my promotion business case.
PwC2, did you leverage existing relationships that other D/PPEDs had or did you truly cultivate them from scratch?
How do they capture sales at M level. Just participation in sales force ?
@OP a mix. I’ve been with the firm since Senior Associate so I was typically brought into clients by partners then had to execute and expand our footprint there.
Tracking is now in SF now that we got rid of the former SAP-based “CRM” which was hideous.
