I’ve been having a difficult time selling at my company. I have a strong background in metal sales, but took a chance in residential sales right before inflation. My employer promised reimbursement for use of personal devices, which hasn’t happened, health care which he back tracked and made reference to but has not paid, I found out they’re looking for a new rep making the same false promises.
