Got an offer recently and trying to check if it’s a good deal. I’d appreciate any inputs on this!

I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things. The word “sweatshop” was used multiple times yet I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This is truly “you can’t pay me enough to be part of that” in action.
