Question - For the Atlanta EY office, what are the interviews like for the Diversified Tax Group position? Coming in as an experienced hire

Move to Wayfair Associate Director role for $210 incl. base + bonus and ~$120k in RSUs per year for 4 years?

Currently Manager at D, and made about $200k incl base + bonus in 2021. I don't expect my bonus to be as high in 2022.

I'm excited about the Wayfair role but worried about reports of horrible WLB there.

I like my current job, company and public accounting. I know I am being underpaid at $70k as a senior tax associate with 2-3 years of experience as I have talked with my local peers as well as local recruiters. Also, I know outside hires to my company get paid about $5-$10k higher than me, but they don’t get a raise the following year.
