Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Have you looked up the company’s salary ranges on Glassdoor or a similar website? I’m not sure what the role actually entails at your company but if that’s like an Agile coach, maybe $130 - $150k?
Your location matters for appropriate salary ranges. Glassdoor can provide those details.
Yes, agreed. Somewhere around $150K for an Agile Coach.
Manager at Optum here. I've hired several contractors to full time roles. I will tell you, that they will absolutely offer less than you are making now. They see the PTO, health benefits, life insurance, vacation, 401k match, etc as part of the overall compensation package. If your making $57 an hour, my guess is they would likely offer you somewhere in the ballpark of $50. But yes, geographic location can sway the mark significantly. They also have 3 tiers of salary for any position. The more senior you are in your role, the more likely you will be in a mid to top tier.
Hi, I am currently interviewing for a skilled care coordinator role with Optum /navihealth. The estimated hourly rate is 40/42 an hour and I am currently making 45. My current position has similar benefits. What are the chances I could negotiate them up to 45? I have 11 years of experience in home health and case management. Any tips would be helpful. I am really interested in the role and potential for growth with optum but I am not thrilled about a pay cut.
Thanks in advance!
