non-poc here - i think it's great - live your best life
Pro
The colors you are talking about are stylish and completely fine for the workplace in my opinion. Other colors like pink, blue, green, etc are not professional no matter your race. Some industries/companies I could see it being acceptable but for more corporate, client facing jobs I’d say no.
Pro
I should add that some people wear colored hair really well and I personally don’t care but more so from an employer and corporate perspective it’s not accepted.
Do it!
But also why not the “outlandish” pink, green, blue colors? White women who are “creative” do it all the time.
Chief
It literally means any color that a human can naturally have regardless of race. Green, pink, a blue, and purple are unnatural and unprofessional

Everything has to be done within reason of course. As consultants, we are a reflection of the company we work for, and while with clients, we aren't there to "express ourselves but rather represent our employers well.
Like some have suggested, your work will always speak louder than your hair color choice.
When did non-POC become a term? What is a non-POC? Does that mean white?
Pro
Define POC and then you also have a definition of non-POC.
It's hair. nothing specific to black women. Women in general change hair colors all the time, why would black women be different?
But in general if a girl has plastic looking hair, I think it... is very poor taste.
